Why do you need my date of birth?

We use it to confirm you're 18 or older and to calculate your birth chart. Adding your exact birth time and place makes your chart more accurate.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link and code.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and choose Delete account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. Sign back in before then to cancel the deletion.

Astrology & matching

Which astrology systems do you support?

Vedic (Jyotish), Western and Chinese (BaZi). You can choose your preferred system in your astrology settings.

How are matches ranked?

Discovery ranks people by chart compatibility, filtered by your preferences such as age, distance and what you're looking for.

My birth time is unknown. Can I still use iamU?

Yes. Your chart is calculated without the time-sensitive parts (houses and ascendant). You can add the time later.

How do I cancel?

Web subscriptions: Settings → Subscription & billing. App Store or Google Play subscriptions: your store account settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Privacy & safety

Who can see my profile?

Other members can see the information you choose to show. Control visibility in the privacy section of Settings.

How do I report or block someone?

Open their profile or chat and tap Report or Block. Reports are confidential.
